Alternatively, in Minutes per Kilometre for units set to Statute. This can be useful if you want to report all your main data in one measurement, and just your pace in another. For example distance and ascent in miles/feet, but pace in Kilometres. The units can now also be changed manually, and you can either select a fixed Metric, Statute or use matching System Settings Units in addition to the default Opposite Settings. These can be changed within Garmin Express on your desktop or mobile device.
