About

Stream your sessions live to Sweliv, from the Garmin activity you already use. Full setup guide: https://sweliv.com/en/garmin HOW TO USE 1. Install Sweliv from the Connect IQ store. 2. Add the Sweliv field to a data screen of the activity profile you use. Hold MENU during the activity, or set it from Garmin Connect. Do this before the next step: the field writes your pairing code the first time it runs. 3. Read your pairing code. Open that activity once so the field loads, then go to Garmin Connect: Devices, your watch, Connect IQ apps, Sweliv, Settings. Your code is displayed there. If it is not, the field shows it directly on its own cell, under the word CODE. The code is generated by the watch itself, so there is nothing to create in Sweliv first. 4. Type that code into Sweliv. In the app: Settings, Connected watches. The field switches from the code to your live counter within seconds, without leaving the activity. Once only. Every session after that goes out on its own. WHAT THIS FIELD DOES The Sweliv field is a data field, not a replacement app. You start your Run, Ride or Hike as usual and keep everything your watch does: PacePro, ClimbPro, structured workouts, navigation, alerts. The field only broadcasts, and shows one live counter from Sweliv. When you finish, the session lands in Sweliv with its track, heart-rate curve, power and cadence. Your FIT file stays in Garmin Connect, so your training load, VO2 max and recovery are untouched. SETTINGS In Garmin Connect, under the field's settings: Broadcast live, and share my location: both on by default. What the field shows: live viewers, live views, comments or swelikes. Nothing that duplicates Garmin here, only what your watch cannot know on its own. On a large cell the other counters stack underneath the one you picked; on a small one, only your pick is drawn. Which metrics your friends see live: by default your Sweliv app settings apply, so a heart rate you hid there stays hidden here. Turn on the first switch to decide from the watch instead. ABOUT SWELIV Sweliv is a live sports app. Most apps show your workout once it is over. Sweliv shows it while it happens: your friends open the map and watch your track move, your pace, your heart rate, in real time. They comment, they cheer, they see you finish. Beyond the live, Sweliv keeps the full picture of your training. Distance, duration, pace or speed, elevation, max speed, best kilometre, calories, cadence and power. Your heart rate with its full curve, average, max and min. Personal records over standard distances that update on their own. Climbs with a Tour de France style profile and your ascent time. Segments with leaderboards. The weather of your session, and the water temperature when you swim. It is also a social app: a feed of your friends' sessions and posts, private groups for your crew and public ones for your club, messages, group chats, comments and stories. A Discovery mode shows who is training near you right now, and if you actually cross paths outdoors, Sweliv notices and tells you. WHAT YOU NEED A Sweliv account, free, on iPhone or Android. Your phone with you and connected to Garmin Connect: it relays the data to Sweliv. Without a phone in range your session still records normally on the watch, it simply is not broadcast. The walkie-talkie, where your friends talk to you in your ear during a session, runs in the Sweliv app and on Apple Watch. Connect IQ gives no audio access to a data field, so it is not available here. PRIVACY Only people you follow who follow you back can see your live. You can set a privacy zone around your home so your start and finish are never exposed, or broadcast without sharing your location at all: your friends still get your time, distance and heart rate, just no point on the map. Every session can be public or private, and you can hide your live from specific people. All of it is configured in the Sweliv app. sweliv
