About

A strength-training data field that counts what matters. Instead of a single cumulative set total (like Garmin’s 'Set 17'), you’ll see clear context during your session: 'Exercise 6, Set 2'. A step chart in Garmin’s activity graphs displays sets over time. Analyze exercise counts, set counts, and the duration of each work and rest interval at a glance. How it works: - To start a new exercise and reset the current set counter to 1, QUICKLY STOP AND RESUME YOUR ACTIVITY WITHIN 3 SECONDS. On most devices, this means pressing the Start/Stop button FOUR times in three seconds. What it tracks: - The number of exercises you’ve completed. - The current set you’re on within each exercise. - Working sets have a white background, rest periods have a black background. Clear post-workout visuals: - The set counter appears in Garmin’s activity diagrams as a step chart over time. - It drops back to 1 whenever you begin a new exercise. - Rest intervals are recorded as 0. Work/rest blocks and their durations are instantly visible.
