Universal paddle (kayak/SUP/rafting)

An universal customizable application for paddling activities. READ further down for instructions! All settings are changed through the mobile Connect IQ app or Garmin Express. Pick between kayaking, stand up paddling and rafting as your activity type. This only changes the title of the recorded activity though. Up to four data displays can be used with up to four data fields on each. To use the app, simply press the start/stop button to start or pause the activity. Data will be represented in blue text when paused and black when running. When the activity is running, press the back button to add a lap. Use the auto-lap functionality to add laps at specific distances. When the activity is paused, press the back button to enter the menu where you can either save or discard the activity. A red "GPS" string will be shown in the top of the display, when there is no GPS-fix. The following 17 different data types are available at the moment: Elapsed time Time of day Current lap time Last lap time Distance (km) Current Lap Distance (km) Last lap distance (km) Speed (km/h) Average speed (km/h) Meter per stroke Average meter per stroke Stroke cadence Average stroke cadence Heart rate Average heart rate Heading (degrees) Pace (minutes/km) Note that only metric units are available atm. Thus no miles, feet or other, should be, deprecated unites. Should you run into any problems with the app, then please make a copy of the files in the /GARMIN/APPS/LOGS directory on the watch and press the contact developer button. Updates in 1.4.2 Added support for fr245, fr245 Music, fr945 and all the VA3 models. Text scaling is slightly off for the fr245, but it should still do the job.
