About

MyBodyAI on your Garmin watch. Your daily readiness and the reasons behind it, on your wrist. Built on published sleep, recovery and training research, not on one vendor's black box. - Readiness with its drivers: how much recovery, sleep, morning energy, stress and training load are lifting or lowering today's score. - Energy map: your energy curve for the day, with the best training window and a live "now" marker. - Morning HRV: two minutes after waking, measured on the watch itself, because Garmin shares its own HRV with no app. The watch measures only on waking: it reads your Body Battery to tell that you have just got up, so a night shift or a late morning count exactly like 6:30, and a reading later in the day is refused with the reason shown, to keep your series comparable. The first time you open the app after waking it goes straight to the measurement; a prompt at your set wake time is the second road, and both have an off switch. One buzz when it begins, two when the two minutes are up. It reads the optical sensor on your wrist, so it is scored as a weekly average against your own history and never compared with anyone else's. - Sleep debt in hours from a 30 day cumulative model, and what it costs you. - Body status and your health indices, each with a plain language explanation right on the watch. - Biological age against your real age, across eight domains. - Missing data is shown as missing. No invented numbers. Sources: connect Fitbit, Polar, Withings or Oura, or upload a Garmin export in your account. Direct Garmin sync is waiting on Garmin Health API approval. The watch shows your finished scores, and it fills the gaps no phone can. It sends your daily stress readings, your Body Battery curve and Garmin's recovery time to your account, because Health Connect has no record type for any of them. If you run a morning HRV measurement, the intervals between your heartbeats from those two minutes go with it, together with how the watch knew you had just woken (your Body Battery peak, or your step count and set wake time), and only then. Nothing else leaves the watch: no continuous heart rate, no location, no activity files. Unpair and it stops. Setup: create an account at aiclysm.com/mybodyai, connect a source, generate a pairing code in Settings and paste it into the app settings. English and Czech, switchable on the watch. It refreshes and sends whenever you open it, and in the background every two hours. Change that interval between 15 and 120 minutes, or switch it off, on the watch or in Garmin Connect. 7 day trial, no card. After it the free tier keeps your daily scores, body status, readiness and 30 days of history, which is what this app draws. The MyBodyAI Android app is on Google Play.

What's new

Version 2.10 - Larger displays (fenix 8, Venu 3, Forerunner 965 and other 454 px watches) now read whole: titles are no longer cut by the rim, the clock row sits above the bezel, and the index digits are off the ring. - Sleep debt is spelled the way the web app spells it: to the nearest ten minutes, "-1h 40m" when you owe sleep, "+30m" when you have some banked, and the Sleep screen uses the same sign as the Overview. - Last night and your optimum are shown to the minute, "6h 48m", instead of "6.8h". - The watch now tells your account whether its background sync ran and, if it did not, why, so a watch that went quiet can be spotted from the web.
