Fasted – Intermittent Fasting

Fasted turns intermittent fasting into one clear number on your wrist: how long you have been fasting, how far you are from your goal, and what your body is doing right now. Press START and the ring fills toward your target. Ten fasting phases explain what changes along the way, from blood sugar settling to deep autophagy. When you reach your goal your watch buzzes, and it warns you in time before your eating window closes. Fixed: German was missing from the app entirely — a build mistake on my side. German is now included, and the language can also be set on the watch itself, so you no longer need the phone for it. Much larger text and far higher contrast on fenix, Enduro, Forerunner 255/955 and other MIP watches: font sizes and colours are now chosen per display type instead of being tuned for AMOLED.
