Clear numbers and progress indicators make daily goals easy to follow. Heart rate shows Garmin’s latest current measurement when it is available. During sleep, you can choose to retain the last known heart-rate reading; that retained value is not a fresh measurement. Otherwise, unavailable information is shown clearly as -- rather than replaced with a guessed value. UPGRADE TO ENDURANCE GRID PRO Endurance Grid Pro includes everything in Free, then adds Body Battery, Stress, Recovery Time and Weekly Run Distance for your grid or footer, a labelled second-time travel footer and all eight accent colours. Free remains a complete and highly configurable watch face. Choose Pro when you want deeper health and training information, another time on the face and more colour choices. Feature and data availability depend on your compatible Garmin watch and the information Garmin provides. Colours may be simplified on some watch displays.
