Sand Day

Sand Day is an hourglass where sand equals daylight remaining: the upper bulb holds what's left before sunset, the spent pile settles below, and a falling grain stream runs while the sun is up. Digital time on top, sunrise and sunset flank the daylight-remaining readout under the glass, with steps/HR/calories and temp/body-battery/stress columns beside the bulbs. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
