Data field that shows several parameters: the front/rear gear status (except Explore 2, for this look Di2Explore datafield), battery level for Shimano Di2 and also cadence (sensor required). Only the main battery charge is displayed, the battery charge of the shifters is not displayed. The gear status will probably work fine for other wireless systems, e.g. SRAM, WHEELTOP, but without battery charge display. Although all these parameters are displayed in the standard Garmin data fields, the main idea is to combine the 4 data fields into one. The data about the gear status and battery level are written into activity file also. The data field does not need any additional bluetooth connection setup and works automatically as soon as it is added to the screen of the bike computer. Let us know if the datafield works with your groupset, please! WARNING! The data field uses an extra bluetooth connection, so for 11 speed Di2 systems an optional WU module is required, in 12 speed systems it is integrated. The Edge bike computers are limited to 3 simultaneous bluetooth connections, so conflicts with other sensors or data fields may occur. If cyclic reconnection to sensors occurs, you can try disable the constant communication with the battery in the data field settings, the battery charge level is polled hourly. Another problem is the overall limit on the number of custom IQ fields to write to a fit file, 16 pieces for most Edge computers. If the number of fields is exceeded this data field or another using a custom IQ field will be crash. Can be disabled in the data field settings, if you don't need it or you get a crash on startup.
