IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GARMIN SWIM 2 USERS: Due to hardware limitations of the Garmin Swim 2 (Connect IQ API 1.4), the hands will pause after ~10 seconds when the wrist is lowered to save battery. This is a Garmin system limitation that cannot be bypassed. Simply raise your wrist to check the time and the hands will immediately jump to the exact correct position. On newer devices (Fenix 7, FR265, FR955 etc.) the hands update continuously.
