A: The app uses your weekly goal from Garmin Connect and divides it by 7 for a daily target. If you're behind for the week, the target increases to help you catch up. ~ Q: How do the goal progress marks work? A: They show your configured goals visually: • 1 goal: tick marks form a single arc • 2 goals: first goal left arc, second right • 3 goals: first goal left arc, second right, and third on the bottom ~ Q: If I have multiple goals, how does the bird grow? A: The bird grows based on your lowest-progress goal. To keep it growing, improve the weakest one. ~ Q: What happens if I reach my goals early? A: Your bird grows gradually over the day, fully grown by early afternoon. Feeding a bird won't make it grow immediately, and it's the same as your virtual bird. This encourages steady effort, not just a quick burst. ~ Q: What happens if I miss my goals? A: If you miss your goals, the bird becomes sick and stays that way until the day resets. A new egg begins hatching the next morning. ~ Q: What can the ring indicator show? A: Choose from Stress, Body Battery, Recovery Time, or Time-only.
