Power Field for Vivo Active

This is a power field for Vivo Active, using the same library as VivoPower and ActiveMeter. As there are no configuration options, it will use the first power meter it can find. So turn it on before you join a group - unless you don't care whose power you see, No values will be recorded from this field. It is recommended to use it alongside a device that supports recording of ANT+ power
