TT - Race Plan Data Field
· vv1.0.6
About
Trail Tactix syncs your race plan from the Trail Tactix web app directly to your wrist. Built for ultrarunners and trail racers who plan their pacing, aid station stops, and cutoff strategy in advance.
Features:
Distance to next aid station
Planned segment pace vs actual pace
Aid station dwell timer (counts down your planned stop time, then counts up in red if you're over)
Auto-advance via GPS proximity when you reach an aid station
Manual segment advance via lap button as a backup
How it works:
Build your race plan at trailtactix.com (aid stations, goal time, pacing strategy)
Tap "Sync to Watch" to generate a 6-character code
Enter the code in the data field settings on Garmin Connect Mobile
Add Trail Tactix as a data field on your trail run activity screen
Note: Requires a Trail Tactix account with a configured race plan (aid stations, goal time, and GPX file). The sync code expires after 24 hours — generate a new one before race day if needed.
What's new
v1.0. — Bug fixes
• Fixed the lap button not registering at aid stations on newer watches
(fenix 8 and similar). Pressing lap now correctly marks arriving at and
leaving an aid station, and advances to the next one.
