About

A round timer that lives on your wrist. Bells you can feel, even mid-flurry. Rounds runs your session for you: N rounds of work with rest between, and the watch is the bell. Two hard buzzes starts a round, one long roll starts the rest, three hard hits is the final bell - plus a warning tap with 10 seconds left in the round (and in the rest, so you're on your feet before the bell). On watches with a beeper it chimes too. Built for boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ rounds, and heavy-bag work at home - anywhere the wall clock is on the other side of the gym and your hands are busy. Set it up in seconds, on the watch: - 1 to 20 rounds - Round length from 30 seconds to 10 minutes - Rest from 15 seconds to 5 minutes - Your setup is remembered for next time During the session: - Big countdown that turns yellow inside the last 10 seconds - Round counter, total time, live heart rate - What's next, so you know if the bell means work or rest - A second screen (UP/DOWN) with the time of day, round count, elapsed and work time, so you never have to leave the session to check the clock - BACK skips a phase early if the coach cuts it short Afterward: saves to Garmin Connect as a Boxing activity with a lap for every round and rest, plus a custom Work Time field in the summary - your actual time under work, not just the session total. No phone, no account, no subscription. Help me help you! Send me suggestions for any changes you would like to see - use the Contact Developer link on this page - and I'll see what I can do :)

What's new

Fix: if the watch closed the app part-way through a session, the recording could be lost. It is now saved automatically. A second screen: press UP or DOWN mid-session for a data page with the time of day in large digits, plus your round out of the total, elapsed time, work time, heart rate and battery. Two dots at the bottom show which page you are on, and the round screen itself stays uncluttered. Saving now closes the app for you. The result stays up for a moment, then the app exits and hands your watch back.
