Update or the install may require a restart of watch. 2.)Install instructions: • From the watch face, Long press the up button or touchscreen, Scroll to Activity & Apps, • Select ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY Settings,Data Screens, Scroll to screen to add DozenRun or Add new screen, • Press Start button (pencil icon). • Set layout to single screen (enter screen) • Scroll to Data fields, press Start Button (screen will blink), press Start Button again, Select ConnectIQ Fields, DozenRun. • That will add DozenRun data field to the Garmin Run App. ***Most watches are the same as described above, but there could be small differences. HOW TO FOR ISSUES: • "!" Issue: If you receive a "!", completely uninstall and reinstall. The Setting file changed and the automated Garmin install is not replacing the setting file. • Download Issue: Restart your watch and try again. • Missing DataField Issue: If you update/install and you don't see the data field. Update or the install may require a restart of watch. This is a 12 field display for all watch types: -Pace uses a rolling average and silky smooth no rollup/roll down delays. The 'Rolling Average' is configurable from Garmin Raw Pace to 30 seconds rolling average. NOTE: default 6 is really all that is needed for Rolling Average. -Smart 'defaulted' values are ready for all users, so configuration is not necessary. -Graphing for data Garmin does not provide to you -Displays Lap Pace Configurable. --Relative Running Economy graph (http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Relative_Running_Economy) --Momentary Energy Expenditure graph (https://www.firstbeat.com/en/consumer-products/features/#4) -- Ability to turn off graphing for compatibility with third party sites. strava, etc... -Completely configurable race prediction for any distance. Distance is entered in meters. Enter 1%-3% longer distance to adjust for normal GPS error and better race prediction. -Heart Rate is completely configurable and color coded. -Configure Heart rate zones in Garmin Connect or Garmin Express -Cadence zones are Color coded to keep you in your Ideal cadence sweet spot.
