Full Data packs a big, edge-to-edge HH:MM:SS clock into a clean aviation-style dial surrounded by a chronometer tick ring — with thirteen data fields you can each point at whatever Garmin metric matters to you. A sunrise/sunset header, a date + live weather block, an info row and a six-cell data grid: every one of them is yours to configure. The time is the only fixed element; everything else you choose. SETTINGS All options are configured in the Connect IQ app on your phone — no on-watch menu digging. Changes apply instantly. PERMISSIONS Positioning is used only to compute sunrise/sunset times. Sensor history is used for Body Battery, stress and SpO2.
