Aura

Aura Relay is a Connect IQ data field for runners using Aura. Add Aura Relay to a Garmin Run data screen, start your workout normally from the watch, and keep the Aura mobile app nearby. While the Garmin timer is running, Aura Relay sends live workout telemetry to the Aura phone app so Aura can react to your run in real time. Aura Relay can share supported Garmin activity metrics such as heart rate, elapsed distance, elapsed time, current speed, altitude, total ascent, and total descent. Aura uses these signals to power adaptive running-music moments like final-kilometer pushes, heart-rate-zone moments, uphill support, and route-based rules. Aura Relay does not replace Garmin’s native activity recording. You still start, pause, resume, and stop your workout from Garmin as usual. Setup: 1. Install Aura Relay from Connect IQ. 2. On your Garmin watch, open Run settings. 3. Add Aura Relay to one of your Run data screens. 4. Open Aura on your phone and enable Garmin listening. 5. Start your run normally from Garmin. Adds live GPS location relay to the paired Aura phone during active workouts while preserving heart rate, distance, speed, and altitude telemetry. Location is not stored or uploaded in this version.
