MERIDIAN Pulse is a clean, data-rich digital watch face that reads your body in real time and adapts its color accent to match your readiness. **Three Adaptive Modes** The face monitors your Body Battery and post-workout recovery time, then automatically switches between three states: - **DAILY** (theme accent — gold by default) — Standard day. Body Battery is below your threshold. - **READY** (green) — Body Battery has reached your threshold. You're primed for a quality session. - **RECOVERY** (amber) — Garmin's post-workout recovery timer is active. Rest is the priority. The accent color flows through the outer Body Battery ring, seconds display, and top info panel — giving you an immediate sense of your state with a single glance. **Top Info Panel** A pill-shaped panel above the time shows a quick daily stat of your choice: step count, notification count, or device battery. In READY or RECOVERY mode, the panel switches to display your current mode name instead. **Three Adaptive Complications** Below the date row, three complications show the metrics that matter most for each mode. In Adaptive mode, the set changes automatically: - DAILY → Heart Rate / Battery / Steps - READY → Training Readiness / Battery / Heart Rate - RECOVERY → Recovery Time / Training Readiness / Battery You can also set all three manually. **Five Color Themes** Gold · Silver · Ocean · Forest · Rose — or define your own hex color combination. **Broad Device Support** Compatible with Forerunner 570 / 965 / 970 / 265 / 170 / 165, Fenix 8, Epix 2, Venu 3 / 4 / 4S, Vivoactive 5 / 6, and more. **Settings Guide** For full documentation of all settings and mode logic, visit: https://lifedesignstudio.github.io/meridian-pulse-docs/
