Stance Time Ratio

This datafield dispalys ratio of ground contact time(GTC) to gait cycle(pitch). Garmin can display GTC as default, but it's only absolute value. If gait cycle gets faster, gtc should be shorter too. Absolite GTC value is insufficient to evaluate your runnning dynamics. You can evaluate your GTC more precise base on the relation to pitch with this app. *Require Runnnid Dynamics Pod
