Peak Days
· v1.2.0
About
Peak Days builds your training plan. This app puts it on your watch.
Open it and it tells you what is on your wrist right now: today's session, this week's route, and whether each one is actually filed on the watch. One button checks for anything new. It also checks by itself a few times a day, so tomorrow's session is usually already there before you go looking for it.
What lands on the watch is not a copy or a preview. It is a real Garmin workout in your workout list and a real Garmin course in your course list — so you run them in Garmin's own player, with the map line, the turn arrows and ClimbPro exactly as you already know them. We are a supplier to your watch, not a replacement for it.
WHAT IT PUTS ON YOUR WATCH
• Today's structured session as a native Garmin workout — every interval, every target pace, every recovery, in Garmin's own workout player.
• This week's planned route as a native Garmin course — map line, turn-by-turn arrows and ClimbPro, driven by the real elevation profile.
• Both again, automatically, a few times a day, without you opening anything.
SETUP TAKES ABOUT A MINUTE
Open the app on your watch. It shows an eight-character code. Type that code into Peak Days on your phone, under Devices and connections → Garmin. That is the whole setup.
WHAT YOU NEED
The Peak Days app on your phone, with a Peak Days account and a training plan. Without it this app has nothing to send you. Peak Days is free to try on iPhone and Android — currently in early access; install links at peak-days.com.
Its companion, Peak Days Live, is a data field that sends your run back the other way — the full track, heart rate and climb, straight from the watch. Install both if you want the round trip; each works on its own.
PRIVACY
This app reads your training plan and your planned routes from your own Peak Days account and files them on your watch. It does not read anything off your watch and does not collect anything about you here. Everything it fetches is already yours. What's new
Hold MENU now always launches the session shown on screen. If your watch was
carrying more than one Peak Days workout, it could hand Garmin an older one.
The route line now shows its own day, so a route left over from another day can
no longer look like part of today's session.
Old Peak Days workouts now clean themselves up. When a new session arrives, the
ones it replaces are removed from the watch, so Garmin's own Training list and
the start screen stop offering you last week's run.
