Track sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and rest sessions with a beautifully designed experience built specifically for Garmin watches. The default LAP button action starts or extends the current timer. To customize this behaviour, open the settings from the welcome screen by pressing the UP button. Settings let you personalize: - Hot, cold, and rest session durations - Session colours - LAP button behaviour - Automatic timers - Auto-pause options - Overall session flow Advanced customization options are also available for a fully tailored experience.
