About
FuelTrack Pro — Meal Rhythm & Water
Eat on time. Drink enough. No counting.
FuelTrack is not a calorie counter. It helps with two things that often go wrong on a busy day: forgetting to eat and forgetting to drink.
Log a meal in one tap, optionally adding an S, M or L size and a short note. Log water with one tap per glass. Meal reminders follow the time since your last logged meal, so they adapt naturally to shift work, late starts and long days.
For long training sessions, fuelling mode prompts you to take on carbohydrate after your chosen minimum activity duration and at your own per-sport interval.

DATA AND PERMISSIONS
FuelTrack stores meal timing, hydration, settings and history locally on your watch. It does not set calorie or weight goals and offers no dietary advice. Targets are values you enter yourself. Activity access is used only for approved fuelling-mode behavior. Notifications are used only for enabled reminders. Internet communication is used only when you press Check now or Sync now; optional web pairing exchanges the settings you enter with bikintulis.de. Logs and history stay on the watch, and core tracking continues offline.
