Mornings lead with sunrise, weather, and recovery; midday leads with activity; evenings lead with sunset, the step closeout, and body battery. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
