Everything you need to know to go running. ►The Body Battery indicator shows your current internal energy reserve. ►The Battery data field will help you remember to charge your device. ►The Recovery indicator (coloured dot in the top) gives extra information about readiness of next run. ►The Temperature indicator helps you to dress for whatever the season is now. For instance, rainy, scorching or freezing conditions. ►The Pressure indicator will help you predict the local condition wherever you are, in mountains, in a forest, or in a desert. ►The Step counter and heart rate monitor track your activity during the day. ►The main stamina indicator - vo2max, which is pretty close to real blood analysis and oxygen consumption while running test (in Garmin watches there is only 5% divergence). As the Garmin requires you to run at least 20 minutes before this value will appear, you need to start a "Run" training and do running with some pace. Optimised for battery savings and prevent screen burn-in. This watchface monitors changes every 5 seconds (notification and connection indicator), every minute (body battery, steps count and battery level) every 10 minutes (barometric pressure, temperature, weather forecast, and recovery), once in 1 hour (vo2max). This approach helps to avoid excessive computing that consumes the battery. According to observations, the battery consumption is 8-9% per 24 hours (fr265 model). For the screen to protect from burn-in, a bright white colour is discarded and instead of this a soft grey colour is used and pixels swap their places with nearby ones in the minute and hour arrows during Always On mode. Also, progressive rendering technique is used for displaying this watchface. Built-In customisation interface. This feature offers to change settings directly from your watches by swiping up-down to change settings' item and left-right to change a value of the provided options.
