It tracks your saved swimming distance for the current week and compares it with your personal weekly goal. As your distance increases, the yellow progress bar grows accordingly. SWIMS shows how many swimming sessions you have completed this week. The data field on the right side of the weather row can display either today's step count or your longest single swimming distance of the week.
