Contraction Timer

When the contractions start, you want to have a clear record of each one. You and/or your partner can use this app to track contractions and help you determine if you are going into labor. Download this app on your compatible Garmin smartwatch to use an interval timer that allows you to record the length and frequency of contraction intervals as well as time stamp the start and stop of each interval. You’ll also be able to access a history of previous intervals for quick reference. The history of your recorded contractions will only be stored within this app on your device.
