Support the Development: https://buymeacoffee.com/forsterf WHAT IS EFFICIENCY DRIFT? Efficiency Drift (Aerobic Decoupling) measures how much your pace or power drifts away from your heart rate over time. A rising drift value signals fatigue and declining aerobic efficiency. Use EDA to: - Monitor endurance fatigue in real-time during long runs and rides - Track your aerobic fitness progression over weeks and months - Optimize pacing strategies for marathons, triathlons, and ultras - Detect early signs of overtraining before performance drops HOW IT WORKS: EDA analyzes the relationship between your workload (pace or power) and heart rate, calculating the percentage drift over rolling time windows. Results appear directly on your Garmin watch face during activity.
