About

Keep the score of a spikeball match on your wrist, and save it as an activity. Rally scoring, the way spikeball is actually played: every rally puts a point on the board, whoever served. SCORING Play to 11, 15, 21 or 25 points, win by two on or off. One game, best of three, or best of five. The two big numbers are the score, so you can read it across the net at a glance. SERVING The serving side is outlined in red. Choose how the serve moves: to the winner of the rally, every point, or on a fixed rotation of 2, 3 or 5 points. On a fixed rotation the screen shows how far through the turn you are, so you always know how soon it crosses. The side that received the last game opens the next one, and you can hand the serve over by hand if it started out wrong. SWITCHING SIDES Teams swap around the net halfway through a game. Your watch buzzes and says so, once, because you are watching the net rather than your wrist. CONTROLS UP scores your team, DOWN scores theirs. On touch watches you can tap a score instead. BACK undoes the last point — leaving mid-match by accident would lose the score, so ending a match lives in the menu, on a hold of the upper-right button. A short buzz confirms every point, two for a game, three for the match. RECORDING AND HISTORY The match records as an activity and saves to Garmin Connect with duration, heart rate and calories. Finished matches are kept on the watch with their game scores, so you can settle an argument afterwards. A match can be postponed and resumed another day with the score, the clock and the serve intact. Nothing leaves the watch beyond the activity itself. No data is collected or shared. Supported: fenix 5 Plus, fenix 6, fenix 7, fenix 8 and fenix 8 Solar, and Forerunner 165, 245, 255, 265, 570, 745, 945, 955, 965 and 970. Scoring works from the buttons on every watch. On the touch models you can also tap a team's score.
