I will add this option as soon as Garmin will provide a way to do it. Hydration reminder is set in the app settings. It can be disabled or set to 1, 2, or 3 hours. Timer is reset every time you open the app or add/undo water. There are 2 options to see the reminder: - On supported watch face apps the icon will change to an empty glass with an exclamation sign inside it. This icon will stay untill you open the HYDRATE+ app or it is a sleep time (set in your watch settings). This is a preffered method. - Pop-up message AND the icon above. Pop-up is the same method used by other older apps. I do not recommend it because that pop-up message is easy to miss - it stays on the screen for a very short time. If you use a notification icon on a watch face, it will not go away by itself. All hydration notifications are disabled during the sleep time. In the morning the reminder timer starts at wake time. Interface tips: - Press MENU button (depends on your watch model) to access SETTINGS with volume units, goal, containers' volume, and more. - Press UP or DOWN buttons to select a container (or UNDO) - Press ENTER to add selected container Touchscreen: - Touch a container to select and add it directly - Swipe LEFT to UNDO - Swipe UP or DOWN o select a container (or UNDO) - Touch Current Volume (top of the screen) to add selected container

It is 30 minutes by default, but can be changed in app settings in Connect IQ on your phone.
