----------------------------
Time stands still, the numbers turn.
Meridiaan is a minimalist watch face built around a single idea: instead of hands sweeping around a dial, the hours and minutes themselves roll past a fixed line at the top of the screen - like the wheels of an old mechanical odometer. The current hour and minute always sit right under that line, large and bright; the values around them stay visible but smaller and dimmer, fading out the further they are from now.
Every quarter hour, the two wheels spin against each other and slowly settle back into place - a small mechanical flourish that turns checking the time into something worth watching. On touchscreen devices you can also trigger the same spin yourself with a touch-and-hold, any time you like.
Features:
- Odometer-style hour and minute wheels rotating behind a fixed meridian line
- Large, high-contrast digits for the current hour and minute
- Automatically follows your device's 12-hour or 24-hour format
- Automatic spin animation every quarter hour
- Touch-and-hold to trigger the spin on demand (supported touchscreen devices)
- Clean black background with a single orange accent line - easy on the eyes and the battery
No clutter, no complications competing for attention - just the time, always exactly where you expect it.
