Cassette Deck is the day as a tape you are playing: a paper label carrying SIDE A/B and the date, two reels that spool the day between them around a three-digit mechanical counter, and a play strip with a running head. Below the hours sit segmented VU meters — body in green, activity in orange — with temperature and battery in the flanks either side of the time. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
