Based on the unique and innovative design of the RESSENCE Type 1 watch, The "essence T1R" watch face strives to represent the original as faithfully as possible within the limits of the Garmin display. All graphics are created using custom anti-aliased fonts for maximum crispness and clarity. The regulator-style layout has no traditional hands, only rotating discs. The entire main dial rotates with each passing minute, while the inset subdials orbit the center like planets as they each rotate at their own pace. None of the display elements ever overlap, so it provides a clear and unique picture of the time at every moment of the day. This watch face is built for those who appreciate the classic beauty of a quality analog timepiece. In keeping with the "essence of time" philosophy, only essential status indicators are supported. The icon placement is designed to blend smoothly with the original aesthetics, and all extra elements can be turned off in the settings if you prefer a clean replica look. Features: - Continuous seconds (sorry, older watches without the 1-second update feature are not supported). - Battery saver mode to reduce power consumption. * When battery saver is active, continuous seconds are disabled and seconds hand only shows when activated by the wake gesture. * Option to activate between normal bed time and wake time (configured in User Settings) or in Do Not Disturb mode. * Activates automatically when battery level is critical. - Day-of-week dial also indicates AM/PM for 24-hour tracking. - Optional date number in place of the standard day-of-week indicator. - Optional status icons for alarm, notifications, do not disturb, and phone disconnected. - Critical battery alert icon when battery level reaches 10% or less - Optional battery level icon can be always-on or shown only below a certain percentage.
