Puslating Disco Lights Widget

Does a pulsating Disco Light thing. Who doesn't want that? Not much else to say. First attempt at a widget. May add configurable options later. Does not intend to serve any useful function other than decorative. Warning: You may get the urge to dance. Also warning: may take over your device. If this happens, reboot. Working on that.
