About

Vibration-guided breathing - eyes closed, no counting, no screen-staring. Your wrist tells you when to inhale, exhale, and hold. Patterns: - Box 4-4-4-4 (focus) - Relax 4-7-8 (wind-down) - Coherent 5-5 (HRV / calm) - Wim Hof: 3 rounds of 30 guided breaths, open-ended retention hold (tap to end - your hold time is saved as a lap), and 15s recovery - Silent Sit: no guidance at all, just a meditation timer that stays out of the way Silent Sit is for practices that ask for silence rather than a rhythm. Settle first for up to a minute, sit for 5 to 60 minutes or open-ended, and choose an interval bell every 1 to 20 minutes - a single soft buzz to notice where your attention went, then back. Two gentle buzzes open the sit, three soften it closed. The screen is designed not to be looked at: a thin arc creeping around the edge and the time in dim grey, nothing bright and nothing to check. Silent sits save to Garmin Connect as meditation activities. Hold MENU on the Silent Sit screen to set the length. Cues you can feel: one buzz = inhale, two = exhale, one long = hold. Records a real activity to Garmin Connect with your heart rate, so you can watch it drop as you settle. Pause anytime with Resume / Save / Discard. Your practice streak is on the start screen. Any saved session counts, guided or silent - consecutive days build the streak, and it turns green once you have practised today. Breathing and sitting are daily habits or they are nothing, and this is the number that tracks it. No phone, no account, no subscription. Help me help you! Send me suggestions for any changes you would like to see - use the Contact Developer link on this page - and I'll see what I can do :) Supported devices: fenix 6 Pro/7/8 series (including S, X, Pro, Solar, fenix E), Epix (Gen 2) and Epix Pro, Enduro and Enduro 3, Forerunner 165/265/570/955/965/970, Venu 2 and 3 series, vivoactive 5 and 6.

What's new

Guided patterns gain a second screen: press UP or DOWN to swap between the breathing screen and a data page with the time of day in large digits, plus elapsed time, your cycle or round, heart rate and battery. Two dots at the bottom show which page you are on. Silent Sit keeps its single dim screen on purpose - a clock is contrary to the practice. Saving now closes the app for you. The result stays up for a moment, then the app exits and hands your watch back.
