GlucoPulse CGM Watch Face
Real-time continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) watch face for Garmin smartwatches. Displays current blood glucose level with color-coded
ranges, trend arrow, delta change, 3-hour history chart, configurable complications, and Medtronic pump therapy status — all on your
wrist.
Connects to your free GlucoPulse account (https://glucopulse.ovh) which bridges glucose data from Medtronic CareLink or Abbott
LibreLinkUp (FreeStyle Libre).

- Customizable complications
Each of the 3 bottom slots is now fully customizable — 11 data sources to choose from:
CGM/pump: Active insulin (IOB), pump battery, reservoir
Watch: Steps (with goal ring), calories, heart rate, watch battery, distance, floors, active minutes
None: hide slot
Configuration works both from the watch face (watch menu) and via Garmin Connect Mobile (settings synced via phone).
Pump therapy mode indicator
A new circle on the right side (symmetrical to the date) shows the current Medtronic 780G/740G mode: Auto Mode (green “A”), Safe Basal (yellow circle), Manual (red hand), LGS Suspend (red pause). Hidden for LibreLinkUp users.
Clinical alerts badge
A red badge displaying the number of active CareLink alerts (e.g., Urgent Low, low reservoir) appears on the pump battery complication.
