Focus watch face

Inspired by a similar watch face on the Pebble smartwatch. The watch face is focused on the minute hand, but shows just about enough from the hour hand to be able to still read the time. As a consequence, the red enlarged part of the watch face is shifted around on the screen (it moves once per minute). Not everyone's style and not for every day, but for special occasions...
