Please note Car controls use the vehicle's infotainment system, which is separate from the door locks. It sleeps when the car is idle, so the first command takes 15-20 seconds to wake it, and later commands still take a few seconds each. Locking and unlocking are unaffected and remain instant. Bluetooth performance varies considerably between watch models. Older or lower-powered models may connect more slowly, fail occasionally, or be unable to use this feature.
