AimSat — Satellite Antenna Alignment Point your antenna faster with real-time look-angle guidance on your wrist. AimSat calculates the azimuth and elevation to any satellite from your current GPS location, then uses your watch's compass to guide you on-target — no charts or calculator needed. New in v0.0.9 — full-face sky view on round watches: On Fenix, Epix, Venu, Forerunner, MARQ, and Descent, the whole watch face becomes a polar sky map: the bezel is your horizon, the center is straight up. A dot marks the satellite, a crosshair shows where you're pointing — steer the crosshair onto the dot. When you're within 5°, the ring turns green and the watch buzzes LOCKED. Paired with the free AimSat phone app: Track any satellite in the catalog — ISS, amateur FM/linear birds, weather sats, GEO Live LEO passes: the phone streams the target to your wrist and sends the full pass arc, so you see the satellite's path across the sky with AOS/LOS markers and a countdown Hands-free aiming: the watch can stream its orientation back to the phone, so your wrist becomes the sensor while the phone stays in your pocket Standalone (no phone needed): Real-time azimuth and elevation to geostationary satellites, offline once GPS is locked Pointer mode: your arm becomes the antenna — sweep until aligned, left- or right-hand mounting Manual az/el entry for any target Instinct-class watches use a dedicated high-contrast layout Get the phone app: AimSat for Android is on Google Play, and the web app is live at aimsat.space. iOS is coming soon — email [email protected] for early access.
