Trooper Watch face

V2.0.0 Added black text removed chewy. Configurable colors for each field (steps, time, battery, and date). v1.032 Cleanup and color changes -Added Yellow and Light Grey -Cleaned up memory (removed resource after drawing it) If the watch face is flaking out on you, please use this version (I think it was a memory issue) v1.031 General cleanup -Added Red as a color to all fonts (since you can now choose a solid black background) -Moved the resource loading to OnShow() and clean up a bit better in OnHide() at least I hope, the emulator behaves a bit different than the watch. v1.03 Requested face be 'less busy' - Option to show background without 'rays', choose "Use dark background image" - Option to show/hide battery info - Option to show/hide steps - Option to show/hide goal steps v1.02 - Everyone wants a white trooper, they get a white trooper. v1.01 - Fix capitalization inconsistencies in properties - Remove resources not actually used (battery/steps icon was loaded but not shown)
