I'm a private developer and I'm sharing apps/datafiels/widget I developed for my own usage - for free (!!!) to the community. This datafield is showing wind information at current location. Mostly interesting for biking activities. Keep in mind: - datafield requires a connection to mobile device to get wind information from internet - '*' behind wind direction means, data is elder than 10 minutes (happens e.g. if there is no bluetooth connection to mobile phone) - DarkSky or OpenWeatherMap key is required (available at darksky.net or openweathermap.org), to be entered in Garmin Connect - due to limits of Garmin devices, wind information is updated every 5 minutes - datafield is storing latest GPS and wind information. If datafield starts 1st time, "no data" will occure. - It might take up to 5 minutes to get 1st update of wind data after starting activity (or even more if no connection to mobile phone / internet) Only metric is supported
