Lucid is a premium analog watch face built for Garmin AMOLED displays. At the top sits its signature feature: a Decision Readiness dot. Each morning Lucid blends your Body Battery, stress and overnight resting heart rate into a single readiness state — green to go, amber for caution, red to rest — so you know at a glance whether today is a day to push or recover. Around the dial, three configurable sub-dials track the metrics you care about: Body Battery, Heart Rate, Steps, Stress, Calories or Sleep. Show them as icons, letters or live values — or hide them for a cleaner look.
