Shoulder Timer - Sets, Holds & Rest

Shoulder Timer is an exercise timer with sets, holds and a daily log app for Garmin watches. Not a medical device, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified person. Anything you log here is your own record, kept on your own watch. The slow work only counts if you keep doing it, and that is the part people give up on, because the change is too small to feel from one week to the next. This app runs the session for you and keeps the two numbers that show you have been turning up. Your exercises, your plan. It ships with a starting set of shoulder movements - external rotation, internal rotation, scaption - and every part of it can be changed on the watch: sets, reps, hold seconds, rest, and the movement itself from a list of fifteen. Nothing in it is prescribed, and nothing in it is diagnosed. Set it up the way that suits you. During a session the watch counts the set, buzzes when it ends, counts the rest down, buzzes you into the next one and moves to the next movement on its own. Sets counted in reps wait for you: press START when the reps are done, because only you know how fast you are moving. In the evening you can note how the shoulder felt, from 0 to 10, with one tap on a grid. The trend screen draws the last 30 days as bars next to your current streak, so the slow thing becomes something you can look at. It is a note to yourself and nothing more.
