Climbing Rate, 10-sample average

Average climbing rate in ft/min, ft/hour or meters/min, meters/hour (distance decided by elevation units; time controlled by user setting). Takes a few seconds to stabilize when first starting. Note: I believe this should work well, but it's offered as-is. Don't use in critical situations!
