Histo Stack

Histo Stack is stacked hourly histograms: two eighteen-bar histograms, steps above and heart below, bracket a big digital time. The full waking day (6A to midnight) in one glance, with goal, resting HR and a hi/lo axis on the heart band at full density. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
