PaceMaker Remaining

PaceMaker is a race-pacing planner at https://racepacemaker.com. It creates route-aware Garmin FIT workouts for race execution. PaceMaker Remaining is a compact Garmin Connect IQ Data Field for runners using a PaceMaker Garmin FIT workout. Add it to a native Garmin Run data screen to see the remaining distance until the next PaceMaker step or segment transition. The Store app name is PaceMaker Remaining. On current Garmin-managed layouts the on-screen label is PM NEXT, because the runner-facing meaning is distance until the next PaceMaker transition. The field reads PaceMaker metadata locally from the workout already started on the watch. It does not upload workouts, sync accounts, replace Garmin Run, control recording, provide Course/navigation guidance, correct official race markers, or install workouts automatically. Current PaceMaker physical proof evidence is Enduro 3. The package also builds for additional modern Garmin sport-watch targets listed by Connect IQ, but those devices have not been physically validated by PaceMaker yet.
