About

This app similars the app CGM Sport, but this app gets your bloodglucose readings and - if you have closed the loop - your AndroidAPS status directly from xDrip+ app running on your android smartphone. It records your acivities in several sports and shows on every data screen your bloodglucose readings including the trend and - if available - the AAPS status. Features: - 8 configurable datafields on two screens (timer, distance, pace, pace (lap), heart rate, cadence, power (on qualified setups), altitude, time of the day) - Auto and manual lap (Press the back button / Swipe from left to right) - Possibility to write your bloodclucose values to the fit-file of your activity. - Pressing a button or swiping should snooze a xDrip+ alarm. +++++ PLEASE READ THIS ADVISORY Never make a medical decision based on a reading that you see on this app e.g. your watch. Always perform a fingerstick blood glucose check first. +++++ INSTALL COMPANION APP You need to install a nightly build from xDrip+ compiled build after 13th February 2018: https://github.com/NightscoutFoundation/xDrip/releases https://jamorham.github.io/#xdrip-plus To enable communications between the Garmin app xDrip+ Watch and the Android app xDrip+ you have to enable xDrip Web Service (Settings - Inter-app settings). SETTINGS (via GARMIN MOBILE CONNECT or GARMIN EXPRESS) Choose your sport (running, cycling, training, walking, cross county skiing, paddling, rowing). The bloodglucose alert will alarm if your values are under the choosen value. The alert reraises every five minutes and stopps if the direction of the values turns. Decide if you like to see your bloodglucose values on Garmin Connect. COLORED LINE The colored lines interpretate the last glucose reading, but it is your own decision how you will react. For me the colors have this meaning: - Green line: Fine, nothing to do. - Yellow line: Be careful! - Red line: Your blood glucose is out of range. Do something! START, STOPP, SAVE, DISCARD AND RESUME AN ACTIVITY To start, stopp and resume an activity hit the enter key (fr920xt), the start key (many devices) respectively the action key (vívoactive). SAVE If you have stopped the activity you can save it. A dialog to explain how to do it appears after the first stop for 15 seconds. DISCARD AND EXIT You can discard the recording when you see the summary and exit the app when you are on the start screen by hitting the back key or swiping to the right. ERROR CODES If you get an error code, look at "http://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/monkey-c/doc/Toybox/Communications.html" to understand the problem. Normally error codes are caused by a missing bluetooth connection. This problem isn't caused by the app ...
