Pursue your average speed. With PursueAVS you can see how much you can change your AVs over time.. Have you tried cycling for a ride and your cruising speed is maybe 29.8km/h and you think you can just get it to 30km/h before you get home . With PursueAVS you can see how much you can change your AVs every 5 seconds. If, for example, PursueAVS shows 0.005, then the AVs will change 0.005 km/h every 5 seconds. So you probably have a good opportunity to change your AV's 0.2km/h. But it might give you a better idea of how difficult it can be to change AVs after a longer bike ride.
