Reminders are notifications, not alarms. HOW TO USE IT SET UP ONCE — ABOUT A MINUTE 1. Open ShiftPilot. It starts with a sample rotation so nothing is empty. 2. Menu → Rotation — pick the template closest to your roster, or Start today to re-anchor the pattern to today's shift. 3. Menu → Commute — set your journey time for each shift type. 4. Connect IQ settings — sleep target, wind-down, arrive-early margin, caffeine half-life, reminders. EVERY DAY Glance — shift, start time, energy, departure time, without opening anything. Page 1 · Today — today, tomorrow, and your next working shift. Page 2 · Leave — the countdown to departure. Green while you are ahead, amber in the last five minutes, red once it has passed. Press GO TIME as you walk out. Page 3 · Recovery — your planned sleep window and the last 24 hours of Body Battery. Page 4 · Caffeine — what is still active, and when you last had one. Press to log a drink. CHANGE A DAY Page 1, press START, pick the day, choose a replacement shift, OFF or holiday. Clear it again with Use rotation default.
