About

Neck Stretch guides you through a short, science-backed neck and posture routine — right from your watch, no phone or video needed. Designed for desk workers: run it on a break and your neck gets its 5 minutes. The default routine (about 5 minutes): • Dynamic warm-ups: side rotation, side bend, flexion & extension, shoulder rolls • 30-second holds: upper trapezius, levator scapulae, and anterior scalene — left and right • Chin tucks: 3 sets of 10 seconds for forward head posture How it works: • Each exercise shows its name, a short form hint, and a countdown • A short "Get Ready" transition between exercises gives you time to change position • Vibration (and optional tone) cues mean you never need to look at the watch mid-stretch • The screen wakes at every transition so the next exercise is readable at a glance • Pause and resume any time with the START button Recorded like a real workout: • Each session is saved to Garmin Connect as a Flexibility Training activity • Every exercise is a separate lap, with heart rate recorded throughout Make it yours (via app settings in Garmin Connect / Connect IQ): • Toggle any exercise on or off • Adjust hold duration (10–120 s) and transition length (0–10 s) • Add up to 3 of your own exercises with custom names and durations • Turn tones on or off Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, and stop any stretch that causes pain.
