Zerashi does not diagnose your mood and never punishes missed actions. It offers brief, positive moments that can help you pause, move gently and notice progress over time. Check-ins, progress and preferences stay on your watch. Optional weather context is used only when Garmin provides recent cached weather data; stale weather is not shown as current.
